I cannot see my order in my account, what should I do?

If you cannot see your order in your account, kindly send us an e-mail on [email protected], with your full name and order number.

I have forgotten my password, what should I do?

Select the ‘Lost your password?’ option in the login page. Then, enter your email address and you should receive a link to create a new password.

How can I change my billing address?

To change your billing address, log in to your account, head into ‘Edit Address’ section, amend your necessary changes and then save changes.

How can I change my password?

To change your password, log in to your account, head into ‘My Account’ section, enter your current password in the ‘Current password’ field and then enter your new password in the ‘New password’ and in the ‘Confirm new password’ field.

How can I change my email address?

To change your email address, log in to your account, head into ‘My Account’ section and enter your new email address in the ‘Email address’ field and save changes.

Order

How do I know that my order was confirmed?

Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email . If you do not receive this, kindly send us an email on [email protected] with your full name, address and mobile number.

How can I see my booking details?

Your booking details can be found in your order confirmation email or by logging in your Tapgo account, head into ‘My Orders’ section and click on the event.

Can I have a refund?

Unless an event of Force Majeure occurs such as an Act of God (rain out, earthquake, flood, etc), war, terrorism, strike, lockout or government regulation, all tickets are non-refundable. If an event is postponed, the tickets will be honoured to the new dates. If you cannot make the new date of the show, we cannot cancel the booking or make any refunds. The booking fee is not re-fundable even if a ticket refund is given.

I haven’t received my order confirmation email, what should I do?

First, check the junk and spam folders. If you still haven’t received your order confirmation email, kindly send us an e-mail on [email protected] with your full name, address and mobile number.

What is the booking fee?

Booking fees are added to each order. Thanks to these we can cover the costs involved to provide you our ticketing service. Included in the booking fees are card payment processing costs, customer service, account handling costs, secure server maintenance, development costs and several other costs involved in providing our service.
